Beanie on consignment terms and conditions

Credit Card Payments
Beanie orders will only be finalised once valid card details are provided. Should you nominate payment by credit card, your card will be charged prior to your beanies being sent.
Invoice Payments
For invoice payments, a $10 withdrawal is taken to verify the card details and will be securely held until 26 June 2025. Once your invoice is paid the $10 amount will be refunded. Your card will only be charged in the instance that the invoice is not fulfilled by 26 June 2025. If the invoice is not fulfilled by that date, your card will be charged for the full outstanding amount.
If your fundraising event will be held after 26 June 2025, please make prior arrangements with FightMND to arrange an alternative payment date.
Returns
Unsold beanies must be returned by the 26th of June, 2025 unless alternative arrangements have been made with FightMND. This gives FightMND time to sell any returns. Please contact us at beanies@fightmnd.org.au to make arrangements. Please note we ask you to pay for the costs associated with beanie returns.
Shipping
A standard $25 charge applies for all beanie consignment orders.Please note we ask you to pay for the costs associated with all returns of merchandise.
Prices
Big Freeze adult beanies must be sold for $25 and Big Freeze children’s beanies for $20. The full amount of the sale must be submitted to FightMND.
